Troy Hendrick

Troy Hendrick is a former prosecutor in Dekalb County, Georgia, and has handled thousands of cases dealing with traffic, DUI, drugs, violent crimes, weapons and many others throughout his career. Troy has lectured for the Prosecuting Attorney’s Council in Georgia on effective techniques for DUI prosecution, as well as trained law enforcement officers in the nuances of search-and-seizure law.

Troy has been a guest on the Midnight Trucking Radio Network’s Freightliner Run Smart Hour, answering legal questions from professional drivers all over the country.

He is a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Criminal Defense Section of the Georgia Bar Association, the Dekalb County Bar Association, and the lead attorney in Georgia for a national network of top traffic lawyers accessible through TixNix.com

Although Atlanta is now his permanent residence, Troy is a North Carolinian, born and raised outside of Winston-Salem, NC. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received a bachelor’s degree in journalism. He went on to graduate from the Wake Forest University School of Law. Troy's hobbies include motorcycling, fishing and other outdoor activities.

W. Michael Maloof, Jr.

W. Michael Maloof, Jr. is a dedicated criminal defense lawyer with several years of experience in the traffic defense profession. A native Atlantan, Michael graduated from Georgia Tech and followed with a J.D. from the University of South Carolina law school. Michael is a licensed attorney in both South Carolina and Georgia, offering thorough criminal defense expertise over a large geographical area throughout the Southeast.

Michael grew up in downtown Atlanta, part of a family heavily involved in the political and governmental systems the city is founded upon. Staying close to home, he graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Industrial Management. He has been very active in the housing charity Habitat For Humanity, and enjoys playing soccer and golf in his leisure time.

Cindy Fraschilla, Traffic Defense Director

Cindy, a paralegal by trade, has been managing the traffic department of Hendrick and Maloof since its inception over 5 years ago. As a result, Cindy has developed a personal relationship with many of the court personnel that have an affect on our clients’ cases. She has attended educational and informational sessions offered by the Department of Drivers’ Services to stay abreast of new developments in the “rules of the road,” and to further strengthen and understand the sometimes murky area of drivers’ licenses and the laws and regulations affecting them. She, her husband and three children live in Snellville, Georgia where she stays busy successfully juggling the hectic pace of three teenage children and a career.

Jonathan Fine
Firm Paralegal

Jon is a graduate of the Emory University Paralegal Program and handles the administration of client files, document preparation, and coordination between the Administrative Staff and the attorneys of Hendrick and Maloof. Jon is the main point of contact with our clients throughout the life of their case. His attention to detail and understanding of our clients’ hardships are essential to his easy and successful communications that help us fix our clients’ problems expeditiously. Jon lives in Decatur, Georgia, with his wife Liz, and is an avid rugby player. He and his wife are expecting their first child in early 2010.

Margie Forrister, Administrative Manager

Margie handles all of the firm’s scheduling and file creation duties. Her assistance is the ‘glue’ which puts all the pieces together. Managing stressful and busy court schedules and oftentimes processing piles of paperwork, Margie always does it with a smile and keeps the office constantly in an upbeat mood. She lives in Dacula, Georgia, with her husband and teenaged daughter.
